WMV ICON AWARD is not merely a competition,
but a sacred mission of humanity — to stand by people, to serve the
needy, and to uplift lives. This noble journey towards everlasting
success can only be carried forward through your heartfelt donations
and unwavering love. Your support is not just charity, but the
divine strength that helps us transform this vision into reality.
1. Nature of the
Initiative:
The WMV ICON AWARD, organized and managed by the World Max View
Foundation, is a registered non-profit, social-service–oriented
talent recognition program, designed to encourage and honor students
for their knowledge, skills, and social awareness. This competition
is organized solely for educational, motivational, and social
development purposes and holds no commercial or profit-oriented
intent. This ensures that every contribution directly supports
student development initiatives and is not associated with
commercial gain.
2.
Participation:
Participation is voluntary and open to students in two categories:
- Junior:
Age 8–12 Years (Objective: Early-stage talent recognition,
nurturing creativity, and encouraging young achievers.)
- Upper
Junior: Age 12–16 Years (Objective: Honoring
advanced talent, research, entrepreneurship, and social
contribution.)
- Senior:
Age 16–21 Years (Objective: Recognizing academic excellence,
innovation, leadership & preparing students for higher education
success.)
All details provided in the registration form must be
true and accurate. False or misleading information may lead to
disqualification. The age of participants will be calculated based
on the date of registration. Scholarship Amount will be awarded to
the winners of each category as recognition of their talent,
excellence, and dedication. The decision of the organizing committee
shall be final and binding in all matters related to eligibility and
award distribution.
3. Donation /
Contribution Policy:
Participants may offer a nominal, voluntary, and non-refundable
contribution to support the World Max View Foundation's educational
development programs, event organization, social service
initiatives, and student recognition activities.
All contributions shall be treated as charitable donations, not as
fees or payments for services or prizes.
Contributions are strictly non-refundable, even in the event of
withdrawal or disqualification. The World Max View Foundation is
committed to full transparency in the receipt and utilization of
contributions, and records shall be available for review if
required.
4. No Guarantee
Clause:
Participation does not guarantee the attainment of any specific
position, award, or recognition.
All results are determined solely through merit, capability, and a
fair, unbiased evaluation process conducted by the World Max View
Foundation.
5. Scholarship &
Recognition:
All awards, titles, and recognitions conferred are honorary in nature
and are intended solely to inspire, motivate, and acknowledge
student achievement. They hold no commercial or monetary value.
Scholarships are non-transferable, non-resalable, and not redeemable
for cash. They are awarded strictly in recognition of academic or
extracurricular excellence and cannot be exchanged or converted into
monetary compensation. Scholarship disbursements will be made in
compliance with applicable laws and educational funding regulations.
These may include tuition coverage, educational grants, or
structured financial assistance, as determined by the awarding body.
- Junior
Category: Scholarship Awards valued at ₹50 Lakh+
- Upper
Junior Category: Scholarship Awards valued at ₹1.5
Crore+
- Senior
Category: Scholarship Awards valued at ₹2.5 Crore+
6. Code of
Conduct:
Participants must maintain discipline, integrity, and mutual respect
towards all organizers, volunteers, and fellow participants.
Any form of misconduct, disrespect, or disruptive behavior will
result in immediate disqualification by the World Max View
Foundation.
7. Liability
Limitation:
The World Max View Foundation shall bear no responsibility for any
legal disputes, personal losses, injuries, or financial damages
arising from participation. All participants and guardians agree
that the event is conducted in good faith, with no coercion,
influence, or exploitation involved. Participants are encouraged to
ensure they have parental/guardian consent and any required
permissions from their educational institution.
9. Final
Decision & Right to Amend:
All decisions made by the World Max View Foundation in relation to
the competition shall be final and binding. The Foundation reserves
the right to modify dates, rules, eligibility criteria, or the
overall structure of the program at its sole discretion, if deemed
necessary or appropriate.
Winner
Structure (1–10 Levels):
The WMV ICON AWARD follows a progressive hierarchy of recognition.
Each level is a distinct honor, carrying both dignity and symbolic
meaning:
- 1st
Position – → Only 1 achiever
- 2nd
Position – → 2 achievers share this honor
- 3rd
Position – → 3 achievers share this honor
- 4th
Position – → 4 achievers share this honor
- 5th
Position – → 5 achievers share this honor
- 6th
Position – → 6 achievers share this honor
- 7th
Position – → 7 achievers share this honor
- 8th
Position – → 8 achievers share this honor

Registered Declaration:
By registering, the participant and
guardian declare that they have read, understood, and agreed to
these Terms & Conditions, and fully support this initiative of
the World Max View Foundation in the spirit of social service
and educational advancement.
